Larger, multi-appliance Ventless Hoods are certified Type-1 recirculating hoods featuring Giles’ proven ventless air cleaning technology. This equipment may not be suitable for every situation and must be installed & operated within strict guidelines, but often can be a solution when developing food service opportunities in typically non-traditional sites where conventional ventilation systems are not feasible due to physical, architectural or regulatory restrictions. Is your business growing and your kitchen lacking hood space? Without need for expensive ductwork additions or structural modifications, you may be able to expand the cook line with minimal expense & disruption ... however, a traditional vented hood solution should always be the first alternative considered.

Hood widths - 48” or 72” … standard configuration is with a 72” high, self-supporting, full skirt floor stand. Maximizes usable hood space & hood capture performance. Optionally, the hoods are available as ceiling-suspended models with partial side skirts … these models require an "over-hang" clearance on each side, thus reducing the usable hood width.
UL listed for use with a variety of electrically heated floor model appliances … Fryers, Ranges, Flat-top Griddles, Ovens, and Vertical or Horizontal Broilers.
4-stage Air Cleaning Technology utilizes stainless steel baffle filters, fiber pre-filters, electrostatic air cleaning system & activated charcoal filters to help control cooking aromas in the cleaned air. Factory pre-plumbed, ready for connecting to a customer provided fire suppression system including, internal piping, plenum nozzles (does not include appliance drop-down nozzles), fusible link detector brackets, and link cable conduit. Hood is listed for the Ansul® R-102 wet chemical suppression system. The system, field installation/set-up, testing & commissioning is completely the responsibility of the customer and must be supplied by an authorized Ansul Distributor/Dealer.
