Full-service warehouse relocation, engineered reconstruction, and municipal code-compliance delivery for a large-scale operational distribution facility, completed with uninterrupted day-to-day warehouse operations.

Successfully delivered the complete relocation and redevelopment of Cormark’s distribution facility at 2750 Peddie Rd, Milton, including the transfer and reconstruction of over 7,000 pallet positions, 1,500 uprights, 12,000 beams, row protection systems, Hendricks infrastructure, and all associated warehouse equipment from the previous site.

Project scope included facility planning and design coordination, municipal permitting, engineered system modifications, and full reconstruction in compliance with current Ontario Building Code standards. Execution was carefully phased and coordinated to maintain uninterrupted warehouse operations, ensuring continuous workflow, personnel safety, and operational efficiency throughout all stages of construction and transition.
